Explorando Senderos de Boulder is a group of everyone and for everyone in the Latinx community. Each week, we enjoy experiences and explore a different trail in Boulder County together.

The experiences give everyone the opportunity to meet, connect and enjoy our wonderful parks and open spaces, as well as walks under the full moon, telescope nights, and much more!

Collective leadership is promoted through a safe space and a greater sense of community. No program is imposed on the group. Everyone has the opportunity to lead and bring their unique voices and skills to the experiences. Spanish is the main language.

The families appreciate that the experiences are theirs to develop and lead, without expectations, agenda, or interpretation from external groups, which has allowed them to be true leaders of each of the experiences that we share as a community, without hierarchies.

Exploring Senderos empowers each of its participants, regardless of age, showing them how safe, fun, and necessary these outdoor experiences are and the importance of venturing and spending time immersed in the paradises of Mother Earth that welcomes everyone. amazes with its beauty and diversity.

These weekly experiences have brought everyone closer to nature while promoting physical and mental well-being.

There is nothing like walking hand in hand with parents and children in the community! Most have been seeing the results of these experiences and are amazed at how the physical and mental condition in the family nucleus has improved.

After 7 months of activity and more than 30 different trails that they had not known; Families have taken the initiative to start their first "Community Garden" to continue investing in their physical and emotional well-being while activating the power we have as a community!
